Returns & Exchanges

At TLDR the shop, we keep it brief: if you don't love your fit, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items in their original condition. We aim to make the process as seamless as your style so you can get back to what matters.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
